Earlier this month one of our favorite clients, Summer Meltdown Festival, experienced an awesome turnout at their annual event. We’ve spent the past nine months working very closely with the fine folks behind the fest, so we couldn’t be more proud and happy to witness all of their hard work pay off. We weren’t able to make it out to Washington this summer, but the gorgeous pictures, happy attendees, and raving reviews let us rest assured that the 15th annual Summer Meltdown was exactly what the hard working team envisioned.
Summer Meltdown is unique because in addition to offering awesome music (STS9, Slow Magic, Nahko, Tycho and more), it offers a plethora of outdoor adventures like rafting, rock climbing and horse back riding. The festival was blessed with gorgeous weather conditions and fun-spirited patrons. Judging from the pictures and videos, we’re pretty jealous of everyone who made it out to the event. More importantly, we’re proud of the team that made it possible and wanted to acknowledge that publicly.
In the months leading up to the festival weekend, we spent many hours working with the team to develop a strong reimagining of the brand. We created a new custom logo and built a 100% custom WordPress site. The custom illustration and marketing assets that Lion’s Share created for Summer Meltdown were designed to appeal to the festival’s audience and were used as both online assets and print banners. The image below was made using our design by the good people at Vinyl Lab NW.
Through all of this work this we created a strong bond with the team, and we look forward to working with them and similar clients in the future.
