Art Seen Alliance

Custom Website Redesign for Event Fabrication and Stage Rental Company Art Seen Alliance

The Challenge

Building a Unified Online Presence for Art Seen Alliance

Art Seen Alliance had outgrown its original website and needed a digital presence that could:

  • Clarify the company’s turnkey service offering.
  • Present its artistic personality while appealing to corporate and agency buyers.
  • Improve search visibility across both of its connected brands: Art Seen Alliance (creative fabrication) and Austin Stage Rental (professional staging).
Our Approach

Brand Discovery & Strategy

Lion’s Share Digital conducted discovery sessions with founder Warren McKinney and project manager Sally Lindsay to capture ASA’s story—from its roots in Austin’s arts scene to its evolution into a national production partner.

We refined their brand voice to balance creativity, professionalism, and warmth, ensuring every line of copy felt approachable yet expert.

Content Architecture & SEO

We designed a new content hierarchy to mirror ASA’s full-service process:

  • Ideation & Design – Visual brainstorming, 3D renderings, and mood boards.
  • Fabrication – Full in-house production including carpentry, welding, CNC, and scenic art.
  • Logistics – Delivery, installation, and strike with certified, insured crews.
Management – Ongoing maintenance and storage for recurring or touring installations.

Each page was optimized for search intent, targeting key phrases such as event fabrication Austin, stage rentals Texas, and custom scenic design.

Unifying Two Brands
Without Losing SEO Power

A key innovation was solving how to connect two separate websitesartseenalliance.com and austinstagerental.com—without disrupting the user experience or sacrificing SEO authority.

To achieve this, we:

  • Implemented a shared global navigation and footer, creating one cohesive visual ecosystem.
  • Designed a consistent UI and typography system so that users moving between the domains experience a seamless flow.
  • Mapped internal links so that selecting Stages or Rentals transitions to ASR, while Fabrication and Event Solutions remain on ASA—all without confusion or friction.

Don’t just take our word for it

"We are so appreciative of Jesse and his team working alongside Art Seen Alliance to overhaul our website... I particularly like the UX they designed to include our subsidiary Austin Stage Rental into the navigation flow... The Lion's Share team was very patient with our feedback and helped find solutions for our various needs."

- Sally Lindsay, Art Seen Alliance
