Who is Vita Motus?

Vita Motus is a multi-disciplinary design firm that implements innovative techniques to create products and environments which set trends and forge new paths in the entertainment and design industries. Driven by a balance of artistic passion and industrial design expertise, Vita Motus has extensive experience working in automotive, interactive, & environmental designs, as well as TV and live theater sets, traveling tour stages and product development and design.

Vita Motus first gained notoriety in early design collaborations with Do LaB; the elaborate structures that resulted from this partnership had a significant impact on the overall aesthetic of major music festivals like Coachella, Boom Festival, EDC, Electric Forest and Lightning in a Bottle. After four years of designing festival structures alongside Do LaB, it was Vita Motus’ solo work with Amon Tobin for his 2011 ISAM Tour that established the company as an industry force. The cubic, pulsating set design was the first to incorporate video-mapping technology in that format, pushing the boundaries of live show experience. The international design community took notice.

It’s Okay to Show Off

Vita Motus has more than 10 years of large-scale projects to show off including art installations, stage productions for touring artists, and festival main stages. Before working with Lion’s Share Digital, the Vita Motus website did not showcase the artistic passion and unique, innovative ideas embodied by the design firm. The site was disjointed and inconsistent.

While maintaining Vita Motus’ existing branding, Lion’s Share reworked the site’s design to create something that truly captures CEO Heather Shaw’s passion for music, art, and community. The main element of the new site, the detailed portfolio, is designed with one thing in mind: to show off!

The new website is a proud exhibition of stunning video and photo content. Its custom design is mobile friendly, Search Engine Optimized, and most importantly, easy for the client to keep updated on their own.
